Strict quality control

For the clothes hanger quality control, we have a Strict control, the hanger is hard, corrosion resistant, dispel insects, long shelf life, smooth surface, wear resistant, good polish ability ect.

We refuse the hanger have insects infestation, Burr , mouldy, nail out, rust ,losing color, humidity more than 16%, joint crack ect.

Wood must stay here for at least 3 months in order to get dry----Humidity above 16 degree is not acceptable. There have lotus, maple, beech, cedar, ash, pine, walnut ect material can choose.

A perfect hanger will thought cutting +Sanding+making-up(Sanding and making-up will be done several times even after basement paint is done)+ 3 times painting +Assembling(logo +hook +clip )+QC( Each hanger goes out of our factory are checked and selected by six persons)+packing.
